Marketing in Times of Economic Strife – Ogdenian Web Designer Newsletter 3

Marketing SEOOne thing that I have learned is that perseverance always wins out in regards to economic downturns such as what’s happening in the USA and elsewhere today. So, I always do everything I can to market my own business and suggest that you do too. As a rule of thumb, I never create too many links back to my site in a short period of time because the search engines like a natural link building progression. Here are my picks for marketing, site marketing analytics, online classifieds, graphic design tools, video converting tools, up-and-coming social media sites, online file transfer tools, and new search engines:

Friendster (http://www.friendster.com/) is huge non-American social media site. Another social network worth having a foothold in for marketing purposes, they also have a huge free “OLX Free Classifieds” section at http://olx.friendster.com.

Website Grader (http://www.websitegrader.com/) is a free tool that grades a web site in SEO terms. I feel that this is generally a good tool that can give insightful information.

That’s new.I hadn’t considered the evidently simple ways the big G worked in. The truth of the matter is that while Google “indexes” your page countless times, it takes a ton of due work on your part in order to get your website to become interesting to the spiders. I guess this just adds to my knowledge of search engine optimization.

Online marketing is not just for the ongoing product, making a website or for letting customers buy items online. Online marketing can also include how a business proprietor can engage a work team. The measure of people who are taking computers, web design, and learning to host websites proves just how productive online marketing can make the employer, the employees, and the independent contractors. And with a sufficient Internet savvy team, your business earnings can increase too.

What a grand post about SEO. I’m frankly very astonished that it has not been stated before to such a great length.
